Because the head is embedded between the forearms, actually the back part of the yellow plates of the forearms are already cut to shape. Nevertheless putting the head a little closer to the grill would have helped this issue

 

The mold looks great, its just that size doesn't really quite fit to my mpm collection, i want to see its comparison with mpm bee

 

Oh, I meant that they should have used the SS49 headsculpt instead of a different less accurate head.
I'm fine with the size, it would've been better if it was bigger, but I'm not too bothered by it.

I'll admit it, it's growing on me. I wish it were MPM sized as I missed out on MPM bee. But even though it doesn't scale with anything, I could see it as a stand alone piece. Not something you put in a glass case with your other figures, but something transformers related to put on your desk or something.

 

I wish it were bigger.

 

Totally needs a 1:1 scale of his height in the movie.

 

He should have been 16 inches tall.

In these photos he kind of gives me the same vibe at that life-size practical bumblebee they made for the first movie

 

There's another hinge there so it seems like they fold down like the mpm to become the small secondary wings

 

Yes I saw it. What I mean is what about the hinge that I pin point? Have you seen any pictures of it folding?

 

Here's the only pic i found where it's kinda folded.. Not sure if its as far as it could fold but at least we know it can

 

It’s a solid attempt. The backpack is definitely better than the mpm and ss version

Thanks for the comparisons. The only thing I like better with this one is the space in the middle of his torso looks more screen accurate. The rest of his torso, though, doesn't compact as nicely.
