I took my 4 year old. A couple of Transformers get beheaded and/or sliced in half. It wasn’t that bad.

REVIEW: Bumblebee - Best Yet, But Still Not My Transformers Movie

 

I'm glad to not only see you back on these boards, but that you enjoyed this movie.

I cannot wait until the 21st. I wish there was an earlier screening in my town.

I've been feeling slowly swayed to actually give this a chance in the theater for a variety of reasons - was initially gonna avoid it and felt exactly the same was as you about ALL of the Bay movies) - but I think your review here just officially pushed me over the line, and I'll probably head out to this when it opens. I obviously haven't seen it, but so far it ALREADY feels infinitely more like Spielberg's original vision about "a boy (girl) and his (her) car", and I've already seen more personality & intelligence from the Cons in a couple of TV commercials than I did in 5 movies / 12 hours worth of Bay movies, so with all that AND what sounds like a killer retro soundtrack (I'm an 80's/90's guy), I'm sold. This review gets the credit for being that final positive straw.

 

I would say, depends on the girl. I know that when I was five this would be too much for me. But I would say check it out for yourself and then go for a second show with her.

This is the guy that gave Ralph Breaks the Internet & Creed II "Rotten", and the fucking stupid Robin Hood "Fresh" !

Well, from here you can tell how fucking low of his movie taste & standard is.

 

Took my son to see it on Saturday at an early screening that was giving away turbo changers to every one in attendance. It was a great movie, definitely the best live action one yet.

 

The only people hating on this movie are a fan of the Michael Bay movies. Sorry that’s a fact. The only negative review on rotten tomatoes is someone who worships the Michael Bay Transformers films. There’s angry rants and comments from people on Instagram claiming they didn’t like the movie because of CGI and

Cliffjumper’s death.

A death is stupid to complain about, the CGI was more realistic than the bay films. People hating on this movie are at least under 15 years of age. I’m not saying everyone is but I mean generally it’s kids that grew up with Bayformers going on rants. Then there’s people that claim all of the reviews are fake and are in denial. I’m disturbed.

Is so obvious these 3 fools went into the movie wanting to hate it, Bay's movie influenced this bad review, no review has ever pissed me off like this one has

 

I don't agree with this guy at all. He missed the point of the entire film, but who cares what he said? There are countless positive reviews out there.

 

No movie review should piss you off, period. It's just opinions on the internet.

 

The thing is also that are also the same guys who liked suicide squad and Justice League also they are not even film critics they are game reviewers. But its their opinion

 

Maybe this kind of movie is not his cup of tea. You know, a good movie doesn't equally mean everyone's gonna enjoy it.
