It's a little yes and no. If the resources were limited then the movies would eat into each other's profit, but the estimations for all of them put together still puts them below The Last Jedi and Jumani's box office runs (This year's Infinity War crossed 2B at box office). So some extra money is available, but people aren't willing to see any of these movies. To an extent they are stealing profit from each other, but I think the biggest issue is that not many people are really interested.
