Damn, that sucks. Glad no one was hurt.
It was probably a donut bomb anyway.
what's next, Michael Bay is seriously injured during a crash?
Yeah, they ought to have at least two extra Hero BB's if only for promotional purposes. That AND TF3 has been filming all over the place. (Florida, DC, Chicago, Detroit.) They must have at least three, especially if they want to shoot in different locales simultaneously.
Feels like the movie is on a streak of bad luck. With the extra getting injured and suing. Now this...
"Pull another Camaro off the truck Jim"
Now bee can't talk or flex his chest....hope hasbro sell this deluxe.....
We get one of those once every other hour or so.
well at least we can get a battled damaged Bee ! JK. Hope everything/body is okay
Talk about battle damage....
Humans can stop transformers...
Sam" no no no no no"
Bobby bolivia(rip)" Manny, get that hammer and bang that right out!
I don't know what's more depressing. The death shroud they quickly threw over Bee (and a second for his entrails), or Ratchet frantically trying to turn around in the background to aid his fallen comrade.
I realized something , shouldn't all police precincts in the area of the shoot, have been aware of it and given there officers a heads up?
Seriously I doubt much will come of this no one was hurt and I think both side will agree to no legal action and let there insurance companies sort it out.
Also id be mightily surprised if the did not have extra BB(s) on site just in case.
Just received word. Bumblebee did not survive. Services are to be held at the Sanford and Son Funeral Home on Wednesday.
Even for TFW's most vicious anti-movie crusader, getting satisfaction out of serious accidents just because it's "bad luck" for the film you hate (before even seeing it) is pretty low.
Hopefully the police officer and stunt driver will be okay, and hopefully they have a spare Bumblebee to use for the rest of the filming, or until this one gets fixed (which might take too much time and money to do at this point). And, hopefully there are no more accidents.
Hey guys? I just watched the second video - as important as responding to an emergency is, even if he wasn't on a movie set and even if no one stopped him from entering, he's not allowed to run a red light, cop or no cop.
That said, that's probably why no one stopped him - they expected him to stop at that red light. Bumblebee had a green light, so he had the right-of-way. This isn't rocket science, it's Driver's Education 101 with a heavy dash of common sense.
It coulda been worse...the officer could have hit the Ferrari instead...unless that Ferrari is a kit car, I don't imagine them keeping more than two of those babys around, whereas you could potentially just run down to the local chevy dealership and find a Camaro.
Looks like the cop car won that fight.
DC is notorious for accidents and people getting run over.
Which is why I live in NoVA.
