protoform-preme, don't worry, they have one that I know of that's the same, it just doesn't have the dark-tinted windows, or vice versa, whichever one was crashed.

Huh, I was just joking yesterday that they might try to write it into the movie like Shia's injury...

I am interested, as it means that this is the first time we see an Autobot damaged in vehicle mode.

Like my post said, "Sirens are irrelevant". I see you live in Compton. How often do you hear sirens from a block or two away? I used to live in DC. You hear sirens all the time. The BB driver was on a closed movie set. For all intents and purposes of use, that street might as well have been in a warehouse as far as the rights of the movie people. The officer had no right or business there. It's the same as if he drove through a building to get to his destination.

We can go back and forth, pointing out God knows what. It comes down to the officer made a bad decision, and it ended in what could be called a "best case scenario". If you watch the video, he almost causes Ironhide, Ratchet, and the Vette to rear end Prime. He then takes out BB. I'd say the Vette is irreplaceable. The Ferrari is $250K. I'd say that each BB is in the neighborhood of $50K or more. If he'd hit a person, it'd be beyond any $ amount. He made a choice that will, I'd say, cost him his career.

So lemme get this straight - these dudes beat the living tin out of each other with only bumps and scrapes to show for it, but Bumblebee is going to be sideswiped by a cop car doing 40 and end up with a trashed front end? Erm...I don't believe this rumour.

I agree. I've been doing some backstage work on Captain America here in the UK. For certain scenes a whole street in Manchester was closed off and re-dressed by the art department to look like 1940's Brooklyn. There were prolific amounts of extras crossing the road, and the movement of antique vehicles - all carefully choreographed. If a cop car had driven at speed down what is normally an open road, but was now a closed set, he'd have killed 50 people.

That'd be about the only thing that would even make sense. Because as sad, the robots have gone through worse.

I for one don't want it to be written into the movie, but if they do, ffs, make it only a quick instance, where he is repaired real quick. I do have a hard time believing that they would even attempt to write this in.

Wait wait wait...you're saying, that the fact they wrote a whole second on film part, ruined a whole movie for ya? Seriously, you see Shia roll for a half second in pain. Than maybe another half second of Megan wrapping his hand.
