Here's another take on a pre-war, pre-bulk Bulkhead. The idea and build came from @plowking, I just painted it. The head might look bit small, but in person it does seem to fit ok, and feels a bit more human in proportions.

That's honestly incredible. I imagine it would actually work well in a legends line up as a legacy animated bulkhead, as that would allow the size to be more accurate. Then again, I actually like the idea that bulkhead originally wasnt bulky, and gave himself robo steroids to fit in with his new wrecker pals.

    Thanks all.

Here's an alternate head using Armada Hoist. Who, as several people pointed out, is a dead ringer for Thanos. So add that to the list!

Neat idea, and very nice customization work!

FWIW, there's an OSKO of Ratchet, Shock Warrior SW-01, with some mold improvements that might work even better for a Cybertronian BBM-style Bulkhead (reviewed here). I was thinking of grabbing one myself for customizing into Strika.

I've seen that, and I'm very tempted. But...I can't even think about painting this mold again. So much surface area, I used nearly a whole bottle of paint. It's really an amazing feat how they designed this figure.

    Here's a WIP shot.
