The proportions are great. I see you used an oversized Strongarm KO. A little bit of polishing and this template could work. Are you going to paint it? Are you eventually going to add a chestplate?

Yes, KO Strongarm, a little bigger than an ordinary one.
Repaint BlastOff into brown at least.
    I am working on chestplate.

Cool! I always thought that mold would make for a good Onslaught, but I was never ready to sacrifice a Scourge or Laser Prime to the cause! :)

Looking good... there is some combiner kibble there, but it's mostly concealed, so this gestalt mode really has a nice integrity to it. That oversized Energon Strongarm KO works well... I have one of those too that I was going to make a Swindle out of. ;)

Hell yeah that works. Are you able to do anything about giving Vortex some elbow-love? That's a Cyclonus recolor, right? Clever use of the Minicon.

PS: If you'd like to keep your Scourge/Nemesis figure you could always buy one of the KO ones from kotoys.com - I'm pretty sure they're the same size; dunno on the quality, tho.

It is difficult to increase an elbow to Vortex. Do you have any idea?
yes, Energon Cyclonus recolor. The color is closer than the Armada one.
