That was so cool. Makes me want to believe he was the baddest dude who ever lived, like when I was Young. They should do one w/ JFK and other famous folks.
Damn, the special effects in the 70's were ahead of it's time. Much better then half the shit that's on today. That is, if it is special effects. Also, anyone into MMA that's been on a MMA board discussing Bruce?
I hope the ones questioning wether or not this was fake are just messing around. lol Its for a Nokia commercial!
The footage of Bruce with the nunchuck is lifted from "Enter the dragon", at least I'm pretty sure. Light coloured (yellow) jump suit with a black stripe down the sides is what he wore in that movie, in a few scenes. Uma Thurman's Bride character is wearing the same thing in Kill Bill pt.1. Making it monochromatic is a cheat so you can't really get a good look at what Bruce is wearing. So you won't know it's fake right away.
Game of Death actually and I don't believe that's the real Bruce anyways. Some of the angles look like it could be Kwok-Kwan Chan, the dude that's playing Bruce in the Chinese drama series "The Legend of Bruce Lee".
sorry, but I was serious the footage looked old, and I don't watch tv so I didn't know it was for a commercial. the contact with the ball looked real, and combined with the fact that it was b+w and grainy, I thought it was authentic.
You did watch the link though right? It shows the Nokia part at the end, at like 1:06 of the grand total 1:16 running time.
Whatever, one craptastic Kung-fu movie is the same as the next. As for whether it's really Bruce or not, you'd have to find out who produced it. Nokia's european or NA branch or asian branch. The european or North american branch could afford to shell out for the real Bruce Lee images. Asia not so much.
Enter the Dragon and Game of Death are 2 completely different movies. One of course being a Hollywood film and the other your so called craptastic kung-fu flick. Game of Death was the one he didnt finish due to him, you know dying.
