broken oir mistransformed?

    i kinda want to buy this guy, BUT! cant tell if broken or mistransformeed.

    SO! what do you guys think? claimed they didnt like the figure, so they may have mistransformed it, but wasnt sure. so ill ask you guys!

    Looks mistransformed. The wheels\shoulder would not sit at that angle and would not latch on if broken. It appears that with a little adjustment to that part and by clipping the chest\hood on the torso it's all good.

    Looks like the torso track needs to be lifted all the way, which allows for the chest to pop into place. You can then rotate the arm joints so that the ball joint is toward the back as seen here.

    Mistransformed... the stock photo for Sideswipe has an almost identical mistransformation. It's hilarrible (that's hilarious + terrible).

    yeah i have sideswipe, which is why im not sure. and he's a bit further back on the shelf so i kind of didnt want to do the work to move it ... whelps looks like imma buy him!
