So I purchased a full G1 Abominus on Ebay recently from a well known and reputable seller. When the package showed up, all the figures were thrown together in a ziplock bag, which I thought was odd. One of Sinnertwin's legs were broken in half upon arrival. I sent a few messages to the seller and got no response, so I opened a return. Interestingly, only then did they respond and agreed to send a replacement. That showed up today, and it's only half of Sinnertwin.

Do I press the issue further? Would you? I know I could take apart the broken figure and use the parts on the good half, but that wasn't my expectation going into this purchase.

What do you expect? The seller fixed the issue IMO. Take out a couple screws and swap parts, problem solved.

The item I paid for had a perfectly tight head joint and the new one doesn’t. I guess I don’t think it should be on the buyer to “fix” the item. Even if I were to swap the bodies, the item won’t match what I paid for. After thinking about it some, I’m just going to return everything.
