Given the restrictions of CGI, I highly doubt we'll get a full on CGI animated introduction to a majority of the 13. The way I see it, probably 2 or 3 max, and most likely as either a big bad or a permanent addition to the Autobots (although that seems unlikely), since that's the most feasible way to make sure the cgi rendering is maximized. The rest will probably only appear like they did in the previous flashbacks, static renderings or if ever a figure in shadows.

Regarding artifacts, I really want to see the Solus/Magnus Hammer or Stormbreaker as it's called sometimes, make a modern appearance in Prime.

 

I agree with the above, but that's a bit of a moot point as Unicron is exactly that level of "cosmic-scale" enemy!
