You learn something new (and stupid) every day! One time a few years back, a friend of mine (another child of the 80s) gave me this robot head piece; he had gotten it in a bag of junk from a Thrift store and said he thought it looked like some kind of Robotech thing. Indeed, he was correct. It was a perfectly intact, 1:1 scale jetfire/valkyrie head, molded in nice solid red plastic, and attached to strange little red plate. Which I thought was goofy and all, but I just assumed it was part of some long dismembered old bootleg Valkyrie toy. It's been sitting in my parts drawer for years, as a weird novelty. Today I was idly browsing some Four Star bootleg photos when I stumbled across this guy: http://www.toyarchive.com/Transformers/Knockoffs/FourStar/Devastator1.html Turns out, I have his head! I don't have, never had, and never will have the rest of his body parts, but it's just one of those extremely weird, kinda cool coincidences...
