Hey all! I've been a member here for almost two years (and a lurker for many more before that). I've finally gotten to a point where I'm ready to show my MP collection. It took me a while to post because it's all still a work in progress... I'm still working on more display bases as well as a bookcase where I'm displaying my Combiners, Junkion diorama and doubles (I will post pictures of these sometime in the future). My shelves have several themes - mainly in the centre with the cast from The Transformers: The Movie. The fondest memories I have of the franchise come from the 86 movie (of which I'm a massive fan :) ). Surrounding the centre there are various shelves related to the 86 movie such as, secondary characters who appear in the film, Autobots who die on screen, etc as well as some shelves with themes relating to specific G1 episodes. For anyone wondering why there are gaps between my detolfs unfortunately I had no choice but to leave the spaces - I need to access the light switches that are on my back wall :( Anyways thanks for checking out my collection - I hope you like what you see!

Edit: I updated my 'killed in action' shelf and added a scenery riser :)

I've added my Insecticon specimen boxes. I did this with my MMC Insecticons after picking up the Badcube set a couple years ago.

I've completed a few more displays including the Junkion diorama. I have included pictures below

Great collection and fwiw I think detolfs look better when spaced and not all crammed together.

That looks great! Everything is spaced out well, the custom displays help break up the glass in the detolfs, and everyone is posed well, making them look more like actual characters, and not just toys. You should feel proud of your setup!

Thanks! I am very proud of my display. My goal with posing my figures was to make each one stand out from the next. I find a lot of collectors make the mistake of not posing their figures which detracts from the personality of each figure.

I always appreciate a well thought out, curated display! You can tell what your focus is and nothing looks cramped! Kudos!

I have such a large collection that I find it increasingly challenging to pose them all without it looking cramped (my number one pet peeve about large collections) … I also display mine side by side with their G1 counterparts and I felt like a more museum like display ended up giving the visual I wanted, but if I were to only display the MPs on their own, your collection is the way to do it!!

Thanks. I like your setup! Originally I wanted to have a similar setup with MPs displayed with G1 figures but I didn't have the space :(

It all looks great. The Grimlock with many Sharkticons is a playful little dish, I love it.

May I ask where you got the scenery-styled risers (i.e. what MP Sunstreaker is on)?

Thanks! The Grimlock display is one of my favorites. As for the risers I make most of them myself. The look I was going for was sections of the battle of Autobot city. I should update my pictures soon - I added more themed risers and finished off a few more displays :)

One of my favorite sections of my Junkion diorama. You cant tell from the pictures, but the copper colour really does look like rust depending on the angle you look at at it. I especially like the way the bot heads look like they melted and fused with the ground.

Nice display and collection. Did you custom build those sceneries?
