Minor/Repaint: Breakaway from the boring...

    And Getaway to the bold. Powermaster Getaway was one of my favorite toys as a kid and Titans Returns did it no justice. It's pretty bland and not evocative of his original toy. As such I decided he needed an upgrade so I painted his arms, the thighs, the head, the shins, feet, front bumper and the wheels.

    I must say I am rather pleased with the results. He looks much more interesting and looks much more like the Getaway that I remember.

    see, if hasbro would've just added a little more plastic molded in different colors, it'd look so much better. top notch work

    Looks nice. What's great is that the white plastic is fairly easy to paint on, but that's like saying it was easy to put out q fire at night on account of the bright flames being easy to spot...

    Could you post alt mode pics please?

    Here's a bit of an update I did some minor paint work on the alt mode. I added some headlights, taillights, rear turn signals and the grill. I not sure if I should paint that engine block thing to replicate how Rev sat there on the original toy. I'll probably will need to touch up the areas that I already have painted however.
