YEARS ago I did a tutorial on how to make a Swindle from uni Hound, well I started this guy back then. Well halfway through the build Turboedguy showed off his Brawn and I got discouraged (his was AWESOME) Well years later and I only needed 1 minibot to finish off the 1984 class, this was Brawn. I honestly though Hasbro would give us a better brawn than the ROTF(whatever) one. No Parts-forming allowed, he's got a bit of a backpack now, but at least its attached.
Very nice. It's always a compliment when I want to see close up pictures for more detail. Love the concept. Great stuff.
Great work man! That canopy is so very BRAWN! I still need a good Brawn for my collection.............
any chance casting... I mean I have no idea which parts could remain default, but the chest and canopy + head would do for most of us ...
I like the canopy. Maybe hit the head with some really fine sandpaper to smooth it out and shine it up though.
There is no chance of casting any of this, its all scrap parts, the chest is from a bottle cap fOr sparkling grape juice. The head is the original head I made corgis using a cyclones. I actually have a better cast from Ptitvite but I can't find it( will fix later) Thanks guys this was as heavy a scratchbuild I've gotten on a deluxe, I try to make them easier.
I like it,it works nice. You could do so much with a backpack. Can we get some pics of Huffer,he looks different.
Here's the Huffer thread. http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radic...er-c-h-u-g-edition.html?highlight=chug+huffer
Wow really great. I think it might look a little better if you sanded his helm down with a buffing sand paper. Great job tho, awesome idea.
I hear ya, as I've said previously, I have a different head for this, but it's lost in boxes. It's a Ptitvite cast I got years ago
Awesome stuff, Toby! This inspired me to do more on mine over the last couple of days (should have some updates on it soon).
