It seems to be on par with an SOC stand, but since SOC stands... come with the figure, it's kinda lackluster in value

Just wondering if the visible hinge between Might Gaine's shoulder pads and his biceps is bothering anyone else? I mean, I'm happy to have sideways movement rather than not, and realize that's part of the waist piece for Gaine and maybe couldn't be helped.... but also I feel like they probably could've found a way to slide the hinge up a little bit into those big shoulder covers...

Down to 22k Yen before shipping, with the security of Amazon's service & speed? Okay, I'm in for that price. May my wallet forgive me.

One of my all-time favourite super robot designs, ever since my friend had the original figure when we were kids; can't pass up the best-looking version of it ever made. Will be my first ever Goodsmile figure; hope the quality lives up to the price!

Yeah this and the lack of any waist movement are my only major complaints with the design.

Just don't expect it to be like an soc or metal build in terms of how it feels and looks in hand. Paint use in this line is minimal and the plastic won't have any finish to it. But if you love the design, then you're probably not going to regret picking it up. Btw how did you manage to get 22k pre shipping? I'm still seeing 24k on amazon.

Usually Amazon Jp subtracts the japanese VAT and adds your country's VAT after the shipping is calculated.

    Price dropped again. :D

Revised total has now fallen so far that UKers only have to pay VAT and no other nebulous 'import fees'. :D

I wish they wouldn't use those horrid "thumb on top" default hands
