Well, I've finally decided to get an SOC GaoGaiGar and I've been looking into Goldymarg as well just to come to the realization that the Marg Hand/Goldion Hammer is completely impractical on an actual physical object, at least if it has to transform as well.
Even then my Gaogaigar takes many side tumbles trying to prop up that hand. Man the line really should have done other robot fists.
It would've worked at least somewhat better if they didn't put soo much metal in Goldymarg for some dumb reason. The CMs Corp Goldy mostly worked. Just hollow and flimsy-as-heck feeling with not enough locking mechanisms. But their GGG didn't have too much trouble holding it up. If Bandai had made him mostly plastic, it probably would've worked out. SoC Goldy is a great individual figure, but somewhat misguided as a Marg Hand.
As someone who has yet to see GaoGaiGar all the way through, could someone post a video showing him using the Gatling driver? I can't find footage of it from any source.
When were you last here? Recently announced Soc king Exkaiser, Choryujin. Superminipla having a field day with braves having finished up Super Fire Dagwon, nearly finishing Great Fighbird with Granbird next month and just announcing Might Gaine next. The GATTAI nearly releasing Soc style dx toys in Dagarn X then Gaohn later and just revealed Might Gaine and announcing Might Kaiser, Might Gunner and Seven Changer. Theres also the kotobukiya none transforming kits too. What a great time to be a fan.
