Monkok. Lotsa places that carry old toys. In's Point, Richmond Centre/Gaiwong (?), possibly a few others? Taikoo has Toyzone which is pretty cool (and opens early enough).
Thanks a lot Roan. Hope I have the time to check both Mong Kok and Tai Koo. If I have to choose one, which one/ones you'd recommend? -airfox
Unexpected Brave pick up at TFCon the other day! Found a Takara version DX Fire J Decker gift set, the seller wanted 150$ for it but i talked him down to 125.
I hope this Captain Shark leads to more 3rd party Braves. I'd love an updated and articulated Super Build Tiger.
I suspect the number of Braves by 3rd party would be few & far between as it depends on a repaint of a 3rd party TF fig. The first was the retool of the MMC Hexatron/Sixshot mold as Shadowmaru, now this Captain Shark & if the 3rd parties ever consider to make an updated & articulated Headmaster Scorponok, the logical choice would be Zazorigun then (baddie from Goldran). There are other candidates of coz i.e. Sonic Bomber/Hiryu, Dai Atlas/Goryu, Deathzaras/Red Geist, Sky Garry/Death Garrygun & etc...
Didn't Master Mind say they'll do a GaoGaiGar version of Feral Rex? EDIT: NEvermind, the piece I got at TFCon was the DX Duke Fire. Not that I mind, seeing how far and few between original Takara brave stuff is.
I'm not interested unless its a combiner. While Captain Shark is neat, I dont like his design enough to buy this one. I'll stick with the brick.
Yep, I'll have to get that. I'm typically with Roan in that Brave = combiners, but Captain Shark is one of the few standalone figures I'd pay for. The other being Dinogeist and maybe Gun Max. Third party dinobots could lead to Geister repaints from Exkaiser...
Goodness. You're awesome for taking the time to do this for us lazy folk haha. Really nice. Always like SD-ized robos.
