    So I know this is random, but does anyone have any idea what to use as a substitute for Brains?

    Prefferably Legends/Legion size to match up with Legends Wheelie, but anything else works too.

    Maybe one of the Constructbots dino-rider figures. They're short and stout, and with a little modding may work.
