I've kept all the card backs for all of mine (15) but I've recently been thinking whats the point and may recycle them soon.

Mine go out for recycling every Wednesday. I've kept a few Alternator boxes and the box for RID Scourge. All Masterpiece figures I keep the boxes to as well.

I kept the Alt boxes because they were the rare ones and the Scourge because I bought it MISB. Probably kept them with intention of reselling but I doubt I ever will. Masterpice boxes just look nice on display.

This is what I do. The packaging I don't keep I recycle.

Enough boxes and cards have unique product art and/or descriptive text that I just collapse them and store them all. Yes, you will run in to space issues, but no moreso than with the toys themselves.

"Designer" toys usually always have nice artwork on the packaging plus for trades or selling people almost always want all of the packaging as well

Carded gets pitched...busts and such keep their boxes (best protection by putting them back in the box if you resale or store busts/statues)...just about every other box gets pitched...unless it's a MISB item (obviously) or if I were to come across some G1 boxes I would keep those...

From a toy stand point mine never leave 'em .... but to me it more that resell value I actaully like the art and with the G1 stuff it like staring 20 years into the past.
