I won't be able to participate in the 3d art contest, unless I bring Autobot X maybe....
Though, I think it'll be cool to visit my buddy and use that as my excuse to get to pasedena....

Man, it would be great to meet you and Tony at the same time. You would not be able to display Autobot X (rules state that the custom has to be specifically for the contest...though I do plan to sell mine afterwards) but you could certainly whip something up on the week you have left.

I've never been before, do you HAVE to register to enter? Regardless, come through! I'll buy ya a cold one. :thumb

yeah, i am most likely gonna be there. really depends on the auction's results after the weekend ...which will decide how conservative I will be if I do attend. Plus, a good excuse to visit my buddy in LA, though, the weather's finally nice already here ;)

That is not nor has it ever been the case. As long as it fits within the allotted space (which is pretty big for most customs) and it hasn't won at a previous convention, you can submit it. However, all entries for the convention had to have been registered by May 1st and you had to have been registered for the convention. They could make exceptions if they wanted to, but they're usually pretty strict.

My bad, your right. My first BotCon and all. I would think that for something like BotCon you would plan out your custom for a minute. Radicons are nothing if not detail oriented. But your dead on Devy, thanks for catching me.

If you do go F_R there had better be an extensive report with lots and lots of pics.:peoples:

Hell make a report thread and have everyone here that attended post pics and thoughts about the customs.
