Hey guys, I wanted to see if anyone can point me in the right direction on this. I want to make a Botcon style box, foam insert and all. The only problem is I can't seem to find any tutorials or other material for this kind of project. My chief concern is cutting the foam, both in getting a snug fit and making sure it lasts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you're talking about cutting curves shapes out in 3D in the foam block, you're best bet is to melt it with something hot. only way you could really get good curved smooth cuts.
