    I booked 2 rooms, not knowing how many of my usual crew was going to make it.

    We've finalized, and I have a 2-bed room available at the host/Sheraton.

    Will do a conference call between me & hotel to xfer to you.

    reservation is good Thursday checkin, Monday checkout.
