Hmm. A good start, I have to say. I love that mould. And, I might add, amusingly fitting, given the history of the character's toys and their repaints.
    I approve.

Interesting. This would be consistent with using UK-exclusives (and UK-exclusives that became Machine Wars toys) as "early days of the war" era characters, as we already have with Thunderclash.

Yeah, but the colors on G1 Skyquake are absolute shit, worse than their beloved Drench.

And this is coming from a guy who LIKES the Piranacon color scheme.

    Skyquake? meh.

Of course, maybe I'll see him with Thunderclash together and think they roxorz.

Oh, nice. That might be one worth picking up on the aftermarket. At this point I'm curious to see Scourge, Thunderclash and Kup. Can't say I'm interested in the other two no names though (however, if they look really cool...). I do wonder if we might get a Pyro and a Clench out of this considering that, with Thunderclash & Skyquake, we're seeing some Euro characters get the 'Classics' treatment.

...though I'm still kind of iffy on the idea of Kup being done as a 'young Autobot'...

Actually, a MIB (at the least) Skyquake is on my Grail list for Botcon. ;)

I like the green and gold look myself. But then I've always liked all the Euro colour schemes.

Maybe we'll get a new character with Actionmaster Thundercrackers colours from he E SS mould too.:)

Well that's one I wont be sad I'm missing, don't get me wrong its a great mould but it really doesn't work for anyone but starscream, at a pinch sunstorm but I can't even see skywarp or thundercracker from that so any one else is just a big no.

*looks up Skyquake on the TFWiki*

Oof, he DOES have a LOUD color scheme, doesn't he?

Still, I can dig it, in a "super-obscure homage" kinda way. And the fact that it's one of the molds that HASN'T been repainted to death. He'll be the new mascot of Fruit Stripe Gum for me. Screw that stupid zebra.

Lose the copper, or lose the pink. Both colors on one toy is HORRID.

Honestly, if they use the pink for only the "battle damaged" parts of the mold, similar to how the original Energon Starscream had that bright green stuff on a few parts, I could still dig that. Like he's leaking Energon or something.

Could be consistent with the "creepy" Decepticon that we know isn't Scourge....

While I could definitely be wrong, I kinda doubt it. Doesn't really fit his character profile.

I've got the original non g1 colors mold and I like this screamer. It's a great mold with only minor flaws. It had the same general energon errors. Great green wash on him though. If y'all havent got this yet it's worth it. My personal favorite screamer
