Do you have the option to buy these figures when you pick up your Primus package?

    How much do they cost?

I drive in from AZ on Friday morning I hope I'm not to late...

After you pick up your primus package (and badge) you can get in line to the club store, show your badge and buy the add-ons. The reported amount is 2000 razorclaw/elita-one, 1400 banzaitron/skyquake, and 1000 sweeps x3. No way 2000 people are at BC so you're safe on the 1st set. You're probably okay on the 2nd set also. Third set has the least but it's just three of the same molds so there might be less people interested in it.

Any confirmation of what the mold for the Sweeps will be? Is it definitely going to be the Sideways/Noisemaze/Scourge mold? Any word on if they will be different colors/personalities (i.e. have different bios) or just clones?

Not yet. Nobody can buy it until tonight. The number of sets available probably came from the comic, they had it listed last year. If I had to guess I would say the sweeps are sideways mold and all the same color similar to leozack. This is based on what we saw in the preview comics.

So are these sets pretty pricey? I know they'll be once they hit ebay.

That's kind of funny. Dishing out a lot of coin for 3 of the exact same thing. Don't get me wrong, I still want them....a lot.....it will just make my wife understand my hobby even less.

I don't get in until noon so I'm hoping a lot of people think this way and don't buy them. Troop building at it's most expensive. There's 25 sweeps in that comic page alone.

If they are exactly identical (which I somehow doubt, but who knows), I wonder how many people will keep one and sell the other two? That would make them the most common of all the figures (only 1,000 sets, but 3 per set equals 3,000 of the same figure......more than any other individual figure). More than any other figure, I'm interested to see the after-market for these after the con.

We'll find out tonight but weren't the virulent clones identical?

Don't really see the point of keeping just one but that's just me. It should either be three or two (+ scourge) to form a V-attack formation. If it uses the same head as scourge then it should be pretty popular even with the 3000+ number out there.

Still surprised FP increased the amount of extras to buy in light of the economy. Then again I have no doubt they'll sell completely out this weekend.
