Actually, they could use the Galvatronus head if they really wanted to. It has enough features to work as a more robotic Tripredacus.

I will say again how much I really, REALLY, REALLY hate these colors. This isn't an affront on the characters, or the show. This is an assault on simple physics because apparently whoever designed these doesn't know how lighting works!

Slight hyperbole? Yes. Am I wrong? No. The character models in the show were NOT red; the lighting was.

What irritates me the most though, I think, is that the irronious fallacy perpetuated over the years that the TriPred Council was red, is now canon. -_-

Come on, FP! How about you use the toy colors as secondary or tertiary colors on these guys? Or swap the grey for the Tripredacus blue present on all three of the BW guys. Or at the bare minimum, MUTE that red!

Not really angry, just flabbergasted and wanted to make my voice known.

Actually the show fucked up the lighting. They're gray as they come up, but once they hit the small red lights, they turn red. Even the white light shinning down from above still leaves them red. The small red light on the table makes areas that light couldn't reach red somehow.

They shortchanged the scene because of budget issues. It shows. Arguments could be made for they're red and for they're gray, and both are correct.

If I got all my druthers, I would say have the vehicle modes in their toy colors, and use a color changing paint for the robot modes to swap from the blue-gray to red. :p
