    Were there really only around 5 custom entries? I remember when there would be something like 50 entries at botcon.

    kinda bummed out about this myself....seeing the custom figures is about the best highlight from Botcon for me.

    Thanks, I won first place diorama and didn't even get a picture here :( 

    I don't think many people realized this but Astrotrain was much more than a simple repaint. He was a complete custom that could have been a contest entry entirely by itself. I worked off of pictures of the actual Japanese steam locomotive Astrotrain was based off of.
    Also for those that didn't see it Friday the flame on the oil derrick was lit with flickering LEDs, but the batteries died by Sat morning and I didn't have time to replace them.

    I'll have to download the pics from my camera so I can post some here.
