I also can't wait to preregister. Awesome sounding concept, and the activities sound great! I'm definitely going to try to make those pre convention tours, should be a good way to get in some sight seeing :)

Mmm, who else is wondering if we're going to get a Classics Prime in silver, red, and black, and a giveaway Classics Megatron in red, yellow, and blue?

I have a question and I think it can be answered without spoiling anything

is this set, canonically, considered part of Classics, or is it just an alternate universe? That is to say, would I put it on the shelf with my other Classics (like Nightbeat?) or on a shelf with various other exclusives?

I probably wont have any money when it's time to preorder the set, but I want it anyway!

    2 things:
    1. Mirrorverse. Arrgh. I hope the set looks absolutely stunning, because I really don't like the concept.
    2. I'd enter Redemption 2 in the fan film contest, but it's too long. Boooo.

What is this about Razorclaw? Is that a Leobreaker repaint?

Not bad, The set sounds great!

I wonder if this is the universe Cliffjumper ended up in when the OTFCC crew ended up in the Transtech universe?

    The rumour was:

    Optimus - Classics Optimus
    Goldbug - Cybertron Hot Shot
    Jazz - Cybertron Crosswise
Grimlock - Classics Grimlock in black
    Starscream - Cybertron Starscream
Razorclaw - only one we don't know, but since he's a Minicon, if he is close to the G1 he'd probably be either Overbite or Snarl from the Predator Attack Team. Of course, that's assuming he doesn't become something totally different.

I for one like the idea of a mirrorverse story. Yeah it's been done, but it'll still be a fun set of figures to display together I'm sure. At least these don't fall into the category of classics, so hopefully no one will be pissed if they don't get a set.

The Air Force museum is a fun place to visit. (I'm sure the TFCC Grimlock will back me up.) However as a local, I'm not paying to be on a bus for two hours of the day to go to a place I can visit for free. Can't say it wouldn't be fun to go with some fellow fans though...

Can't say it excites me as much as last years', but let's be honest, I doubt we'll EVER have another Botcon like that one (no offense the the FP guys, but Hasbro Tour AND Movie Preview in the same year? Yeah... not gonna happen again).

The idea of putting up the brochures before registration is full of win, IMO. Hopefully this means the actual forms will go up tomorrow. And this will be the first year I'll actually be able to attend a customization class since Cincinnati is so close, I hope I can get in on time...

Boxset could be anywhere from mildly cool to awe-inspiring if EVERYTHING is done right. Yeah, the idea's sorta hokey, but having actually evil Autobot toys and good Decepticon toys outweighs that, IMO. Judging by the description, I'm certain we'll be getting a repainted Classics Megs in "good" colors, though it makes me scratch me head why he isn't included in the core set and, say, Starscream w/ Razorclaw is in instead.

EDIT: JUNGLE JIM'S. Ah, brings back memories of when I lived in Cincy....
