    here's the e-mail:
Here is the announcement you have all been waiting on.

BotCon '06 will be held in Lexington, KY, September 28-Oct 1. We will be at the Hyatt Regency Lexington and the adjoining Lexington Center. Hyatt will have us loaded into their system for reservations by the end of the week.

Convention brochures will be available in a few weeks and I will email you when they are ready.

Thanks for your support and we hope to see you all in Lexington later this year.

Lexington is highly drivable from central Indiana! (I drove to Frisco last year, but I don't think I'd want to do it again. 15-16 hours each way = :(  )

dammit dammit dammit dammit....I knew they'd pick somewhere close by. This really honks me off. I know they're gonna offer only those same expensive stupid packages this year again so I *still* wont be able to go, even with it this close to me.

    DAMN YOU MC!!!

sweet, much closer this year. The exclusive will decide whether or not I go. I'm hoping for a decepticon Evac repaint painted like the Republic drop ship from the first episode of Clone Wars season 2, another hasbro property,

Assuming the "main line redecos are off-limits" rule from 3H is still valid, there probably won't be any Cybertron toys as BotCon exclusives this year.

    Excellent news.

And FYI the Hyatt's a BEAUTIFUL hotel. If it's anything like the Hyatt O'Haire you guys'll love it

Also I just checked Expedia.ca,if I chose to go I could get a hotel+flight combo deal and save nearly $300 :rock

Interesting location, at least this time it’s drivable. Hopefully I can get a ride down if other Toronto aria Transfans are going this year, if not I might have to try and work out some ridicules flying schedule although that might be a tad complicated (and expensive) since I will have to probably hitch multiple connecting flights. Either way it really just depends so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.

Thankfully Botcons still going to be in September although its still later then I would have liked.
