Yeah, that's pretty much how it is. That one really is ingenious but also the most terrifying of all of them.

Edit: I forgot. The new Netflix Botbot show. Hasbro likes launching the media years after the product launches and cools.

I hope at least one of them is in a bling bag (can get thanks to the ID codes) since I\'m not into multipack.

I think it\'s a little bit lame that few of the pet/ beast wars looking Botbots are just folded out at the middle like the dog, cat and the cricket.

I just realised that of the new molds introduced in Series 6, only one has an animal bot mode (reclining/gaming chair bunny). I guess you could argue the dog bone does too, although I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. Of course I'm not counting the Pet Mob since their animal modes are not their bot modes.

The animal bot modes were some of my favorites in the previous series - Slobber Rock, Unilla Icequeencone, Javasaurus Rex, Drippy Pup, Trisourtops, Blurry Murray, Incog Eggo, Crabby Grabby, Wasabi Breath.

 

I see that the release date on Entertainment Earth has been pushed back to September 2023!!!
(they also fixed some of the prices, as some of the ones in the official product details were wrong)

A year and a half wait??? Are these ever coming out, or is Hasbro just teasing us yet again with Botbots toys that end up being cancelled a year later, just because they took so long to be released that there was no cartoon around to advertise it (often major retailers will only buy product if there is free "advertising" by the toy company, by way of a movie, TV episodes or a guarantee of a heavy bombardment of commercials).... otherwise it is too much of a risk because they don't do advertising of other people's properties.

Release dates are all over the place for this wave. Hasbro Pulse says spring next year, BBTS says fall this year... who the heck knows.

 

This line doesn't make any sense at all. But it is cute and I like the cartoon a lot.

 

I just got shipping notices for some of these from Amazon. Anybody else? If it's to be believed, I should have them in hand Aug. 29th, over 6 months early.

 

Amazon's saying Aug 22 release, BBTS says 4th Qtr and Entertainment Earth still says Apr '23.

Could we actually see a return to brick and mortar shelves? I get hopeful, then I look at the utter flaming-dumpster-full-of-dogcrap that is the Big Boxes' distribution of Mattel Jurassic for Dominion Wave 2...

 

I'd love to see BotBots make a return to shelves. These are the perfect toy to do that with.

 

So would I, but as long as we're dealing with the duopoly of Target/Walmart and their attitude of "you'll take whatever we GIVE you and LIKE it" that's about as likely as my gal arranging for us to have a threesome with Christina Hendricks...

Man I wish Botbots are still available in Indonesia   they literally stopped importing it after wave 2/3, can't even find Burger Botbots.
