I do think it will be more than 190. I don't think the Bakery Bunch and Lawn League count at all; given the number of repaints and the fact that the two new molds are in EVERY one of the 5-packs that screams a store exclusive assortment, with the Lawn League 8-packs being exclusive to the same store.

Also, from an old post back when the Botbots website first went up:

First Look At Transformers: Bot Bots

There are 61 in Series 1, 60 in Series 2, and I hypothesize from the mistake on the linked brochure that there are 74 in Series 3-- 195 mass releases, which fits "190+" perfectly. Then add on how ever many are in the Bakery Bunch/Lawn League, and from the Mall set if there are indeed new Botbots and not just re-packs in that. (Other possibility: The Mall set is counted as part of Series 3 and that's why the numbers are higher.)

Red (Series 1), white (Lawn League), and pink (seen on Botbots promotional art; unsure which Series/group that one's in).

A Botbots advent calendar, or maybe one for each team...

BB AC would be pretty cool, but I'd only expect Hasbro to do one per year, and AC's have been historically more Mattel's bag of tricks. Maybe that's what "Grand Opening Surprise" is gonna be though... be rather lame of 'em if it is.

Considering some have the hands for it, I'd love for accessories in an advent calendar. I imagine an advent calendar of purely figures would be pretty expensive but stickers, trading cards, weapons, or other little trinkets to expand the lore of the line could be fun.

Problem is stickers are a One-Time Use... if I'm paying serious money I want stuff that's gonna stick around for a bit out of it.

I'm bringing up stickers so that the product doesn't cost serious money. Ideally, this would be a product for kids too. I don't think anyone expects a full on 31-figure calendar so we need to find cheaper alternatives for the non-figure slots.

Advent Calendar is traditionally only 24 or 25 pieces, though... starts December 1, ends Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Hmm, maybe those vinyl cling things?

    Spitballing ideas...
    • Figures, new/redeco or exclusive "holiday" variant of existing character, no more than 1/4 of total content
    • Card packs, maybe 2 to 4 cards in a pack
    • Weapon/Accessory Packs, small bundle of like 3-4 guns/swords/etc or one bigger accessory item
    • Paper or vinyl stickers
    • Coloring/activity sheets
    • Punch-and-fold cardboard scenery/environment accessory packs like mall signs
    • What else could be fun?

Update: Rather than try to fix the one I got, I found another one and replaced the dud. Second one was much better, feet/legs don't pop off at all. Just going to return the first as defective.

Finally got my hands on an 8 pack... of course it's the one with Duderoni and Cuddletooth!
It's one solid set. Frohawk is the only weak link here, and maybe Lolly Licks for not having that Shockwave/Whirl style face that the art has.
Also man Screen Fiend is big!

The Spoiled Rottens are an immediate eww. Do not want.

The Music Mob is an immediate hell yes! I am unsure what the re-used clogstopper mould is supposed to be? The drums are a definite must have. The 50s guy makes me smile. I want both pianos and the pink thing.

I'll pass on the holiday set.

I'll pass on the baby set.

    I want the fruit set!

I want the colorful watch and the perfume bottle.

I don't get the joke? Did Megatron secretly have a rubber ducky somewhere?
