If a redeco of him shows up in Series 4 next year, I'm not even going to be surprised. It's a tradition at this point.

 

Old Cool (the fighting arcade game) is my fave of the new molds...the motorcycle racing game and cotton candy are close seconds...

I wanted to love Greed Feed but there was obviously something lost in the translation...his illustrated look is far better (and creepier) than the actual toy...

bring on wave 3!

 

Oh yeah. Look at Big Can Tuna and then at Greed Feed and it's just like WTF happened!? Kind of wonder if they just ran out of budget because of the other Botbots, but part of me just doubts that.

 

So my 2 boxes of renegades from RK arrived.

The first set of 8 bubbles I opened, I got these... is this a complete set of 16 with no dups of the previous series???



My 2nd set looked like this... gave away the 4 from Series 1 to @NemesisGamer as a bonus for buying redwing.



But seriously, from my first pic, is anything missing from the renegades?

Can anyone post pics of 24k-Bit and Sweet Cheat’s bot modes? I’m unsure if I want to try my luck getting them.

 

According to the kid at Walmart the Walmarts in my area are no longer stocking BotBots. On the plus side I don’t have to go into Walmart anymore and I got my Con Crew pack.  

 

I dunno, man, if this turns out to be a legit pack and not a factory mess-up (the included instructions will determine whether it's one or the other), I'd rather have a 1/7 chance of getting all the Arcade Renegades in 1 pack than a 0/6 chance, y'know?

24k-Bit is awesomesauce. Love the gold on him and his token mode, plus I like Mario games so there's that.

Sweet Cheat is eeeennnnhhh. I mean the mold itself is great, but he's got this weird Klingon forehead thing going on with his paint apps. Mocklate and Remorsel are better.

Picked up some series 3 bots today.

Noticed the blind packs have added tape on the rear flap. There are too many savages in this world.

 

Updated with Pack 6 confirmation! Now we just need to find 4, and find out if "#7" is a genuine addition or a mispack...

Nice... none of my Targets are getting anything but Wave 2 deadstock anymore. I may have to trade for the last singles I need...

Thanks for the pics! I think Sweet Cheat is meant to evoke chocolate peanut butter bar...which is my favorite candy combo. But I still prefer the Remorsel deco best. I’m trying best to own only one version of a mold so it’s a tough choice between Songwave (I love the Tron homage) and 24k-Bit (For the videogame nostalgia)
