Question, i have never bought from them, and i was wondering for european buyers, do we have to pay taxes?
First time i ordered at BBB, couldn’t let the Zeta Flash go for this price, ordered a week ago, let’s see how long it will take and if there will be any taxes, will report back.
After Showz lost three of my packages in a year, and bombusbee gets stock earlier anyways, I’m slowly switching over.
Hi @Bombusbee , can you give me reference on how fast sea freight items get to california usa? Id like to get an idea since i am ordering two bad boys
Got my figures in 14 days from placing my order, neatly packed, no taxes had to be payed, but this is a bit a roulette game i understood, if custums picks it out you have to pay tax.
Gotta say Bombusbee has the better black friday deals compared to all the US and Overseas based etailers. BBB you guys are my Black Friday MVP. Definitely miss the Pre-Covid Black Friday sales.
It has been 16 days since I first tried out bombusbee. Placed an order for 4 figures in stock and still awaiting shipping status. Emailed them on the 19th. They said they were gona send it last week and have not. Has anyone had this happen to them?
It appears the November/11-11/Winter sale has them bogged down a bit. Under normal circumstances I've found BBB to be very timely when fulfilling orders. I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Stacking those sale coupons on top of some really good sale prices must have brought in quite a bit of traffic.
I already over budget this month for collecting, but damn I realy want to shell out some more for BBB sales, especially that Megatank and Wave Man..
I dropped some bills there. Sale items with sale coupons == winning. Just got to keep that cart under 20 KG
Also, just to cover all the bases, make sure you: 1) Check the "Messages" section of your BBB account. Sometimes the shipping notice will be sent via message instead of email, not sure why they do this. 2) Check the "My Orders" page of your BBB account. If there's some sort of issue with your order that needs to be communicated, sometimes they will use the order page to do so. Scroll to your order and look for a red dot next to the order status drop down box. It's possible they've asked you a question about your order (such as item out-of-stock even though website showed in-stock, how do you want to handle your refund, etc) and are waiting on an answer. 3) As always, check your email spam folder. Sometimes when they have a question, it comes from a BBB email account that isn't used otherwise, so it may get sent to spam. I know it's not likely, but I've had all 3 of these things happen to me with BBB, so it's a good idea to rule them out.
