My FT Stomp was missing the extra faces and eyes (not their fault), but through my inbox got it sorted and the replacement set is now waiting ready to be shipped with my next order.

 

It's shipped yesterday, but the repair part will arrive later, I'll send it out when I got them.

Really sorry for the delay.  It's because Paypal won't allow me to refund it after 180 days, only if you submit a dispute.

Most of the deposit are refundable, I guess it mainly because we missed it at that time, if you didn’t get any reply or your refund is not completed in 48 hours, please send us your message again.

I wish I had known about the 180 day rules when I pre-ordered Tesla, but since It's past the 180 mark, Bombusbee won't refund me.

I have $15 in credit with them. If anyone wants it, let me know and I'll ask Bombusbee if they'll transfer it because I won't be ordering from them ever.

I also have $19 at TFS Express for the same BS if anyone wants that, I'll see if they will transfer.

 

I managed to get a vlaim past the 180 days. It got refunded a day later (yesterday).

Try it. They will refund.

When you go to the community/help page and aelect the problems/claims part. From there you can see all your transactions..

Select the correct one and you have to manually enter the amount you want refunded. Up to max the amount itself.

So I have a ton of things on pre-order, and I just got my first notice that a figure is arriving in stock: Deformation Space Blaster. But how do I pay the balance for the figure? I see it has a listed price on the site now, do I add it to the cart again, do a normal checkout and then add the coupon I was sent (but that would create a new order... right?)? Or should I wait until the figure is in stock and then get the option to pay the rest of the balance using the original order from the "my orders" section?
