    Forgive my ignorance, but what do I need to do? Fans Toys Parkour is my first purchase through Bombusbee. I'm a little confused about the ordering/payment process. I got an email from Bombusbee....

    "Hi my friend,
    We find you make a order about the Fanstoys FT-53 Parkour Cliffjumper, and we just set the 【Balance Only】 for the pre-order buyer. Might you don't understand our pre-order system. Because our 【Balance Only】Optinal need to refund the pre-order buyer deposit, so this optinal included the pre-order buyer deposit. As this reason we need you to pay the deposit price difference, It's $20 usd for one figure deposit price. And your order will ship out later of the pre-order buyer."

    I was given a link for "shipping cost" of $10usd. Shall I add this to the cart twice to add up to $20usd. (Stupid question, I just want to make sure I'm doing things right.)

    Thanks for any help you can offer.

    Yea I had to do that back when they started under the Heat Toys name. I had to purchase 65 $1 shipping costs lol

    I'm glad I wasn't the only one confused. I responded back and hopefully have everything fixed. I just wanted to come to the board for opinions in case it took a while for them to reply. But Sam was quick to reply.

    Hi @Bubble Machine have you received a resolution to your BBB After Sales issue? If so, how long did it take after you saw the "requested" status update? I only ask because I have an open After Sales ticket with BBB as well and was curious how long I should expect the "requested" status to last. I know it probably varies from supplier to supplier but a general frame of reference was all I was looking for. Thanks in advance for your help!

    As long as you keep the total weight of the order (items combined) under 20 Kilograms, you will have the best shipping deal. The thing is the system knows how much the items weigh / sized but you don´t from the listing. Its kind of a trial and error with the cart. I usually make multiple orders when I go over. Its takes a little time, but in the end it is the best deal.
    Despite all that work, he will ship the best/safest method possible because the system is just estimating what is acceptable. After he ships the order, he will update your order in the system with the tracking number and youĺl see how he broken items down into smaller shipments as with their own shipping number.

    That's awesome, thank you! I went ahead and made the large order all together, because the combined shipping was so much cheaper than separate orders. (I ordered a few large items, so maybe that's the thing.) Can't wait to see the shipping emails :)

    It took a while (a couple months) but in the end a HUGE THANK YOU to Bombusbee for getting those replacement parts for me. My Make Toys Ginrai is finally complete!

    Is anybody else having trouble paying with Stripe? I recently received my third order, which suggests the issue with my first order was probably a fluke, so I wanted to make another order. But after I enter my credit card information and hit submit, it just hangs/spins. The card is good and in fact I used it on the previous order. Did the usual desktop, mobile, cache clear, and reboot dance to no effect. I even cancelled and reordered at their suggestion only to run into the same situation. So has anybody else been stuck in this boat?

    I'm done with Bombusbee. They started out strong with fast stock and shipping, good prices. But not anymore. Now I had orders that weren't fulfilled for 3 months with no explanation. At least I got refunded. Back to Showz which works and on time. Prices aren't that different either.

    Inexplicably, a payment that I kicked off last night finally went through around 6AM even though the page was still locked up.

    I understand that they have been slower lately, but I'm slightly concerned. Bought 5 in-stock items on 3/25. Finally got a shipping notice on 4/1, but it just says (and still says today, 4/6) "shipping information sent" which just means they generated a label. I know the tracking can be a bit behind at times, but 5 days is a bit worrisome.

    You might want to try logging into your account and making sure the tracking number on your order actually matches the tracking number they emailed you. They've sent me the wrong tracking number in the past, and it did the same thing you're describing, stuck in "shipping information sent" for over a week. Turns out the tracking number posted to the order was the correct one, and once I checked it my order had actually been in movement the whole time.

    This is also a good practice to check if your order was possibly split into multiple shipments. For whatever reason, they only include one tracking number in the notification emails, and make no mention of the other shipments. You have to log into your account to see if it was split up.

    Lol, I looked at the email like you suggested... and in between my original post and now, suddenly the package is fully in transit :)  Checked anyway, and it is the correct tracking# and a single box. So, I will take your reply as a good luck charm! My BW Transmetals are on their way!

    Yes, it included both boxes. Definitely an oversight on their part.
