I purchased my Newage Ymir on February 14th and it's still awaiting shipping. Is this normal? It's starting to worry me. Is it because of CNY? I heard something about Newage a few pages back on this thread, something about Bombusbee awaiting a shipment from Newage? Can someone tell me if something has gone wrong? or is this just normal?
I'd say it's been normal since the 11/11 sale. Prior to then, average time to ship for in stock items seemed to be 3-6 days, with the occasional order slipping to 7-10 days. Nowadays the average time seems to be 7-14 days.
If they're waiting on a shipment as you mentioned, I wouldn't worry. BBB is very good, you'll get ur items.

Found out last micro cosmos set got delayed till April, so possibly late March
I sent my request on the 1st, still haven't gotten the part yet but I think it might be due to CNY, I think I got my first update a little over a week after placing the order
My order has been shipped so now its waiting for it to arrive so far so good. Looks like it uses the same company as showz so should be here in 1 or 2 weeks
Normal. More than two weeks is worth asking. Shipping companies are still shaky/slow/holiday hours/shortages too which may play into why it hasn't been picked up too.
I have bought way to many things from Bombussbee, they are usually really quick and faster than ShowZ.
The delays are probably being caused by the factories. How can they ship something if they have not received it.
I am waiting for a FansToys Jazz waiting to ship, but if the delay is caused by FansToys fix issues with the figure, I will gladly wait.

It seems to me that this hate campaign should stop, ok he made a bad mistake with that stunt, and he apologized, that's enough you can't make him pay for it forever.
I already pre-ordered the product in question from this shop and I'm also interested in the following one (which was already presented some time ago), and surely many others like me, so the bombusbee guys have every interest in selling it.
Considering practically all the figures we buy are made in China and with the Chinese opinion (individual exceptions not withstanding, I know not ALL Chinese are racist) on darker skin colours...you won't be able to buy anything if you boycot that way.
I am not saying I agree with the guy behind Quandale, but I am saying that it's sometimes best to separate the art from the artist.

I had to use the Bombusbee after sales service to ask about a missing item. When I checked to see the status of my claim under the column "progress" it says "requested". Does that mean Bombusbee is requesting the item from the manufacturer?
Yes. It means he sent the request out. They get replacement parts direct from the factory.
Order hit the US, but hasn't moved from Ohio in a week. Is that normal for orders from China?
Need more info. If Ohio is the first city in the US for your shipment I'm assuming you chose air (as opposed to sea freight). Has it cleared customs yet?
