Got in contact with PayPal and they were able to get me a refund. I don't think I am ever going to buy from Bombusbee again. I heard good things about them... after this shit show. Never again. Their communication is shit. I had to reach out every time, instead of them updating me on the situation. Also, to get PayPal to force them to give me a refund... Yup I'm done with them. To those who had a good experience with them, I hope you don't have to go through what I had to. It was my first order with them as well.
How have your experiences been with getting replacement parts? I recently received my first order from the store, a TFC hades set and Leozack was missing a kneecap. I've sent a request through the aftersales process but the tracker looks a bit dodgy.
Even without CNY, there are a lot of covid cases in China right now. Entire cities have been locked down at some points.

I’m very annoyed with Bombusbee. I ordered an in-stock FansHobby Doubledealer from then on 20/1. It was showing as awaiting shipping after that. Since it was New Year, I waited a while, but no updates. I emailed them yesterday, and received an email today asking if I wanted a refund. After seeking clarification, it seems that they no longer have it in stock. Well of course I want a bloody refund. Perhaps they thought I that would like them to sit on my money indefinitely without telling me that there was a problem. I always had good experiences with them until now, but I think I’m done with them now.
Has anyone had their preorder set to recieved for something that hasn't even released yet? I put a preorder down for Lupus almost a year ago and had the status changed.
Asked about delays. Apparently they're waiting on a shipment from newage(ordered sg megs and op, they sent out megs before cny). Since that op was next to impossible to find, I'm willing to be patient. Also was under the impression that CNY ended already. Apparently 'technically' THIS week, so realistically people are only going back to work now- and probably walking into a mess. Only comparison as a working schmuck american is when people take the week up to xmas through Jan 2nd off. I worked a lot in fullfilment/shipping and the week after older drivers come off break is nuts trying to catch up(especially with certain company I worked for over promising turn over times.) Learning a lot today.
Since NA is taking their sweet time with the next combiner I decided to try something: Standard Mini Superitron and G1 Superion Reprolabels and see if I can convert them. Both already shipped, with one by BBB. Looking forward to it. Pics in here once it arrived.
Usually for these they'll provide you a link with a [Balance Only] option when it's released. The "received" is basically pre-order received. At least that what happened to me.
I put in an order for 3 in-stock items and a pre-order down payment. Was I dumb for mixing them in one order as the in-stock stuff won't ship until the pre-order item comes in and is paid off?

I don’t think that’s true, as I’m still waiting on my own order, that’s waiting on a Newage preorder (Artfire Targetmaster), but the MS Gears/Windcharger part of the order have been in stock for a while. Although, for Christmas I ordered Ironhide & NA Jetfire (Robotech color, which was a Preorder till January), but in a separate order got NA Nightbird. When they shipped Nightbird, they included Ironhide, and sent Jetfire by himself. So if you put an order for an in stock item, it might get your Terrorsaur shipped
I wasn't sure how Bombusbee work with multiple items as I've only ordered one thing at a time from them before. I usually use ShowZ and they ship each thing separately.
Is there a way on the site to hide finished orders like the archive option on ShowZ? I like how it cleans up
