Considering that ten days ago is when Chinese New Year started, you just got unlucky with the timing. Next week is when people go back to work again.

I've always contacted them through the website. Each order has a "Contact" option and I've found them to be pretty responsive when I use that, especially if my query is for a specific order.

Are they based in Guangzhou? Or Beijing? I find coastal stores to be much faster than inland ones. You'll absolutely see 3-5 weeks on a shipment, then. Coastal seems to be a good bit faster.

Has anyone been able to get a actual refund from Bombusbee before? I ordered the TFC Toys Satan S-03 Leviathan Rippersnapper, been close to 3 months of them saying we have one but they never send it. Also, they say they have some, but they are defective somehow. I'm asking for a refund, but they want to refund me with store points. I don't want their points I want my money back. I may have to call up PayPal and force a refund. So disappointed in this store.

 

Yeah, used a CC through Paypal. They kept ignoring my messages on the site, and when they answered, they kept telling me to re-submit the same info. Never went any farther on their end after almost 2 months. Called the CC, got my money back the same day. But they sure gave Paypal the tracking number lickity-fucking-split to prove I received my brand-new absolute junker when I did that lol.

 

I had a package not get delivered from them. After about a month and a half of no progress I put in for a refund through PayPal. Literally that night a new tracking number was sent to me, from a US address, and my order showed up a few days later.

Seems like they need a third party prodding to get any action.

I have trouble getting the replacement parts from them. Before the CNY they were like "it's on the way to our warehouse" but now they say "the factory is still closed"

 

Tracking my latest order and it looks like 4PX has transferred it to a service called SpeedX for delivery, has anyone had any experience with them? I was expecting it to be transferred to USPS or Fedex.

 

Are these guys back open after CNY yet or what? I've had a Metagate Air King and a TNR Commander Of Stars sitting there 'waiting to ship' for weeks now :S
