Hi everyone. My order is being sent back to sender because my local courier screwed me up. Anyone had this happen before with an order from Bombusbee? Do you know what happens in that case? I already sent him a message, just wanted to check if anyone else had a similar experience and what did they do next. Thanks PS: bombusbee responded that will ask shipping company to resend it when it's returned. Hope it all goes well.
Quick question, since this topic is on the front page... One of the Radiatron bots I bought from Bombusbee came with mismatched parts, so I sent in a parts request with photos and clear details about a replacement. That was months ago, and I've not heard a damn thing since. I've never had a problem with an order from this site before, so is there any way I chase this up with them? Can't seem to find an option on their after sales page.
I’d contact him through the contact link on your order page or on your account. He has gotten me parts before and they shipped out with a later order, but that was before that AS form. And so far I’m not liking the new system, it’s not as clear cut. I only put my new request in a few days ago, hopefully it’s smooth sailing. If aftersales is going to be an issue then I’m going to have to take my business somewhere else with good aftersales support
For those who order from new york, do you know how long a product takes to depart from facility to service provider? My order shipped 4 days ago, and im trying to figure if it'll get out of China in time
This is happening to me right now as well. I ordered on 11/19, the package made it to my post office and was returned for an unknown address without a delivery attempt on 12/09, and it's yet to make it back to them. The tracking is useless, it just says returned to sender and hasn't updated since 12/09. They have responded to me, but all I've been told is we have to wait for the package to return. At this point I'm getting frustrated as it's been over a month since it started back, and I'm a week shy of 2 months since the order.
This happened to me too. Made it all the way to my local post office but then got sent back due to "insufficient address". Bombusbee never responded to any of my messages so I went through PayPal for a refund. First and last time I ordered from them.
2 weeks is pretty standard. 10 days is fast but it happens. Longer than 3 weeks is concerning. But it's annoying cause the US portion of the journey takes way longer than it feels like it should.
Certainly sounds like it. I'm even more worried because of how close we're to Chinese new year. I hear stories of how shipping basically just stops during the Chinese new year. Never had to worry about it before, but now that it's my problem I'm practically eating nails here
I put a order in for the 4 tcp terrorcons, I got like 3 of them. The 4th one Leviathan Rippersnapper Was in stock when I ordered it. A month later the 3 show up and i ask about the missing one. They said it was out of stock. I told them "It was in stock when I placed the order." So there is back and forth for 2 months asking when it is going to ship and they kept saying, we can't find it, oh we found it and will ship out in a few days. Nothing has happened not tracking number or status change. I placed the order back in 11/15/2022. I dont think I am going ever order from them again, if not, for a good long while.
So I finally sent them yet another regular message (not the AS) page, and guess what? First they said Lemon Tree told them I didn't transform a figure missing parts (and broken) correctly, to just keep trying. Then they said to use the After Sales page - that they have been ignoring this entire time. I'm glad for those of you that have good luck here, but the packaging on my few orders have been "glad that survived" at best, and this little debacle of getting a junker and the borderline disrespectful replies is too much for me, especially when every single one of their competitors does everything better in my experience. Not worth the $3 potential cash savings if they have a coupon or sale. (Which I've also noticed they change the shipping costs on sale items vs when at regular price)
Hi Guys, I'm considering buying some transart figures from this store (since they are out of stock in ShowZ) What is the recommended shipping method here? US Sea Freight or Standard Shipping (US)? I see why most people use ShowZ, that free shipping is sweet.
The cheaper one. The more your combine ship under 4kg (see your checkout page as it calculates - delete add in your cart to reweigh) the closer you get to lower shipping cost per item . Showz builds the shipping into the price, but if you add in coupons and get close to 4KG you can beat showz depending on what you have in your cart (and that is saying something). My stuff usually arrives on the west coast 2 weeks after they ship out. Good place to when showz runs out of stock, or you have a bunch of stuff to catch up on and they have a wicked sale going on. I've been quite pleased with both showz and bombusbee for overseas. I still use tf-direct and baba 712 toys as well; all have been reliable for me when my domestic vendors have trouble getting the goods due to logistics or sell-out. Beaware the CNY is nearly here.. so expect delays.
Yeah, I don’t know about ShowZ or Bombusbee in terms of shipping, but for after order support they provided a list of Companies that are shutdown (for product support) now and when they return. For example, I think Cang Toys doesn’t return to their offices until Feb 6th. I’ve order several things from Magic Square directly and their latest order date to have it ship before CNY was Jan 13th. Don’t know if it’s different for retailers as opposed to manufactures. Probably also depends on the shippers as well.
