Got my first order from Bombusbee yesterday, got here heaps faster than the estimated delivery time. Very carefully packaged, heaps of padding and bubblewrap. Very impressed, will definitely shop with them again.
Chinese retailers are not allowed to ship out FT till 2-4 weeks after US retailers. Bombusbee said in the WhatsApp group it'll be January when they begin shipping.
So is anyone getting shipping delays from Bombusbee? I ordered supposedly in stock figures earlier this month and now they say one is not yet in stock. I've also ordered a Jive and comic newage prime (which is in stock) and postage also seems to be delayed. Wondering if it's due to the covid outbreak.
I have. They’ve shipped all my legends stuff finally, but I’m still waiting on XTB Stack because their second shipment is late. Hopefully they’ll get it soon.
Depends if spare parts are available and or / if the manufacturer provides After Market support. Contact them via website, attach pictures when they get back to you. BBB is usually very helpful.
It won't load for me either. I do know that this special after sales form and progress page were relatively new additions (not even a month ago), so it could be that it's not operational yet?
You can always message one of the BBB folks through their website or Whatsapp group, see what they say.
Is Bombusbee usually slow with shipping out orders? I ordered something from them a week ago, and it still hasn't been shipped.
Sometimes they ship quickly but other times it can take a week or so. Bababobo took like two weeks to finally ship my order.
Hi everyone. My order is being sent back to sender because my local courier screwed me up. Anyone had this happen before with an order from Bombusbee? Do you know what happens in that case? I already sent him a message, just wanted to check if anyone else had a similar experience and what did they do next. Thanks PS: bombusbee responded that will ask shipping company to resend it when it's returned. Hope it all goes well.
Quick question, since this topic is on the front page... One of the Radiatron bots I bought from Bombusbee came with mismatched parts, so I sent in a parts request with photos and clear details about a replacement. That was months ago, and I've not heard a damn thing since. I've never had a problem with an order from this site before, so is there any way I chase this up with them? Can't seem to find an option on their after sales page.
