Well... 3 of the 4 bots I ordered came in today. No notification they were shipped or anything, I've checked the whole site for any notifications. And it still says waiting shipping.... A nice surprise, I guess?

 

Keep getting an "Invalid request - see details" when trying to pay for a now in stock order. Anyone know what to do with that?

 

Hey All - Never bought from Bombusbee, but I put in a pre-order for FT Jive (MP Jazz) all the way back in january. THe pre-order deposit was 15$. Now I have some Holiday dough and want to pay off the rest of the figure, but I don't see any option to do that. Am I just missing something right in front of my face or or is this not an option yet? Help!

 

My XTB Stack still has not shipped. Is anyone else having this issue?

 

I don't think you can with them until it's incoming and they send you a link to pay the rest.

 

Yes, I'm waiting too. I asked bb a few days ago what the problem is. They replied that there were only a few in stock and that they would ship "as soon as possible" when sth is in stock. No specific date when that will be.

 

I never got a notification to pay when the Metal Slug tank came in, had to message them after waiting almost a week. Just told me that I could pay which was fine but maybe it's starting to be a customer service issue?

 

Delete the order and make a new one, because I have been there and this is the only solution.

 

If BBB could ship literally anything I’ve ordered, that would be awesome. Sorry to gripe, but it’s been weeks and they won’t ship any of the legends stuff I’ve ordered, or XTB Stack (although apparently I read they’re waiting on more stock to arrive). Some clear communication would be appreciated instead of “we try to ship it soon” or “will ship in 1-3 days” and then not shipping.

edit: ok, I found a tracking number for half of one order. Still waiting for them to ship the other half, for some reason.

 

Just in case you missed it, the "balance only" option for FT Jive is available now on BBB. Think it went up a few days ago.

Same here. I ordered mine when they were supposedly in stock then nothing. Every time I ask, BBB keeps saying another 2 weeks. They shouldn't take "IN STOCK" orders when they know they do not have the product in stock to ship.

 

I'm getting the feeling that their success in their sale took them off guard. That said 90% of 3 very large orders have been shipped out.
I didn't expect the stuff until January anyway when I ordered at the end of last month; so no problem.

 

What are bombusbee like with refunds? got a whole load I am going to want to cancel soon

 

They'll ask you again if you're really really sure, but after that usually not a problem.
