I feel like they’re gonna go with a second Bulldozer. I think they’re gonna play that accuracy card to their advantage.

Wait, there was a second bulldozer? What madness it this

Also, pretty sure the yellow dump truck was just a random construction worker that happened to be there and was just trying to fit in I just realised I'm describing the plot of the lego movie whoops

    Which second Bulldozer?
I know there was like three i mean One is hand for Hightower
two are Skipjack who was next to payload in one scene so Skipjack
And Second is Rampage who was fighting with 'bee and didnt combined with 'em
Well so there are two options, the Payload is same size as Long Haul so both can be same leg
    same with Skipjack and Rampage

Yeah. Cause those scoop fingers aren't coming from Hightower, that's for sure.

Sorry for bump, but what's the exact height? Show.z says that combined mode stands 50cm, but im not sure whether that's to the head or the very top

I also did a digibash of what the finished Troublemaker would look like

We don't have images of the other limbs, so I put the torso section over an image of Devastator that I'd tweaked to match Troublemaker's proportions

Yeah, by the looks of it he's going to be way too small.

Here's a comparison of movie models vs mpm figures, Mixmaster *just* fits the mpm scale, but combined mode looks closer to Studio Series

I wish they would scale up, even just 25% more. Then, I'd be in for sure. As is, it's not going to scale adequately.

Mixmaster should be bigger, but oh well...

Either way, this Devastator was not mean to go with MPM aesthetically or engineering wise...

Dear Megawillbot, the digibash you made is also too "movie accurate"... as I explained in a previous post on this thread, the Troublemaker is made (and modified in a Masterpiece key) on the "Legend ROTF 2009" project! However I agree with you about the final dimensions of the 3P combiner... it's definitely "too small"; but to do it bigger (and put in line with the CGI of the film) means to enlarge even the vehicles... which is good for the gigantic excavator, but less for the others!

The Buldozer is much smaller than the Quarry Dumptruck so I guess the second smaller yellow dumptruck could be the left backside cheek down to the knee and the yellow Rampage would be from the knee down where as Longhaul would be an entire leg on his own.

that seems like one of the ways to both get overload finishing before the hips and making use of the Mysterious extra Dumptruck too.
Things get even more mysterious if you ask if the Volvo digger was supposed to be in the combination too - which is pretty confusing as the one that is supposed to be dead is the left hand and yet the Volvo is the one you never see again. But there still seems to be some scalling issues with Scavenger too (the right arm) as they should be much smaller thsn Hightower is - it's even worse when one has to assume that Scrapmetal is forming The hand attached to Hightower too.

Based on what is seen in the TF2 desert scene, the yellow Dumper forms the thigh, and the yellow bulldozer forms the lower section of Devastator's left leg; instead about Scrapmetal, it is not part of Devastator components... because it is present only in the scene above the ship, and is then destroyed to be used as "spare parts" for Megatron (and in the film, it is not an excavator but a "demolition shear")! In the film, Devastator's left hand is a small crawler loader (for the two new Devastator toys, 3P and Studio Series, Scarpmetal was made because a concept art already existed)!
