I was there and they certainly weren't the most aware if at all. I cosplayed a humanoid Unicron (with complete helmet at that) and it took them a lotta time to figure out who I actually was.

Devastator looks like he's falling apart. Both of the feet are untabbed and loose, Scrapmetal and Hightower are just jammed together, and I think Mixmaster is missing parts, or at the very least severely mistransformed.

After so many years of poor stock photos of figures and decent trade show displays with their figures, I would expect them to have at least tried out having a guy whose job is ensuring their products are properly transformed and displayed. If Takara can do it, Hasbro can too.

    About freakin' time!

Now all that remains are Hightower & Scrapmetal (DS-07)

Their Hightower better have longer and better robot mode arms than the Studio Series Deluxe figure!

That's the only thing that will completely sway me to the Devil Saviour Devastator.

As an MPM collector that pic moves this set even higher up my want list.

And that's the reason why I follow this thread!
I'm not interested in the entire Devastator (so at least, I try not to be!!!) But some of this figure really got my attention as single characters.
Now with the rumors of an OS ss Dev I'm just waiting to see what happens, still I really like Devil Saviour's job.

Wow those treads are like... hanging by a thread? LOL. I dunno how this even works, are those fake tread whips that are somewhere hidden in bulldozer mode? They are awkwardly draped on Devastator\'s knee otherwise.
This company is sure in a hurry to get this out, guess they realized too late they will not be done before Hasbro is. But so far, none of these look better to me than those. They all look... flimsy, with joints using too narrow or weak connection points instead of proper ball or ratchet ones. I kinda feel these will not last long after a few transformations. Especially stuff like Overload\'s hips.

Will they even make Scrapmetal? He only existed because of Studio Series. If these guys have started development of this toy longer time ago as they claim, then they would not have known about it. So they likely made him up after seeing SS, and they originally planned for Hightower to be the full arm.
Also, Hightower had tiny T-rex arms on the Legends toy too, it is part of his charm. The design drawing had huge arms, but they pretty much come out of nowhere as if the alt mode had an excavator arm.
    Constructicon_StudyA.jpg

That's ridiculous to claim when we HAVE NOT SEEN the combined mode yet. Apart from one horribly mistransformed try using prototypes? Come on.
Come back here in a few months AFTER we have seen proper photos once Scrapper and Overload are fully revealed.

Because missing out on one figure ruins the appeal of the combined mode, a set should release when all is done. If preorders are sold out
Considering that I'm only highlighting Long Haul as the leg, spending time to track down that thread and finding that photo would be an unnecessary use of my time. The photo that I provided was sufficient in illustrating my point.

Okay, why the hell couldn't some of their other figures - like Scavenger and Long Haul - be this accurate? If they were, they'd have far more customers, cause of all the people just interested in having large toys of individual constructicons. Do they have both an A team and a B team working on their Devastator or something? Cause the disparity of quality between some of these prototypes is just.... massive.

The closer I look at the picture between Bumblebee and Rampage, he looks like he might actually be about MPM Ironhide's size. So that would actually be in scale with the larger MPM bots. Still hoping that Scrapper is about Prime's height, since those are the only two I would consider for my MPM Collection so far.

It doesn't help that they are using the Legends and RotF toys as a base for Scavenger and Long Haul respectively.

Mixmaster will be released in January.

    ShowZStore said January 3rd.

I love how the DS Company provides Updates to the Fans....unlike Toyworld and Unique Toys
Who are unable to Communicate with the Collectors and leaving Fans behind in the Dark
    FOR MONTHS.

    I say this again:
Without Customers, the 3rd Party Companies would not even exist.

Thus > As a Customer who spend Hundreds and Thousand of Dollars for their Products
It is my RIGHT to know:

    - When will the Product will be released
    - What the CURRENT Production / Prototype Status is
    - If there are any Problems during Production, Heavy Delays or Cancellation

Just grabbing Pre Order Money and then
leaving Customers behind with Question Marks on their Heads, is the wrong way.

At least Devil Saviour seems to understand that and provides steady Updates on their Figures.

Since they are new, i am suprised about
    this good Start.

    So far, nothing went wrong.
    No heavy Delays, steady Updates.

Lets Hope the QC will be good, and that Mixmaster will be a good start.
