Even Devastator's face looks off. I know he's supposed to be ugly but it's an ugly take on the design

Yeah, I noticed it's not super accurate which might be a giveaway that this isn't stolen SS prototypes

But at the same time Mixmaster's headsculpt is actually really accurate, SS tier. Another thing that makes me think it's the SS prototypes is the way Mixmaster's hands are posed. They remind me of Rampage's whips, where they're meant to be posed like in concept art

    Idk it's confusing

I wouldn't be surprised if this company are planning cross-compatability with the Studio Series figures, probably with separate yet to be designed pieces to enable the connections

Haha, maybe it’s just a masquerade.

Cautiously optimistic about this, but since I never heard of this company before it’s hard to say until the reviews are out. For now the SS ones are pretty fun to play with so I won’t quit on that one yet.

Bummer and I thought I would at least win you over.......Seriously, you are correct. If my wishes did matter, 3P would put more product out, on time, among other things ;)

For the record, I'm not even a fan of the BB movie either but would that make you a Bayverse elitist then? I don't know but we can throw shade at each other all day and provide nothing to the forum. Looking back, I certainly was too harsh with my comment and wasn't trying to offend anyone. I guess I just have the case of the MONDAY'S....Off to have a Snickers bar.

I wish the best for this and I hope this project pays off, but the third party combiners are just too much of an investment.

    Bayverse bad. Bumblebee good.

Given that there is an entire generation that grew up with these films, I don’t think these figures will be “forgotten and never spoken of again.” And at a time where G1 is present in every corner of this franchise (Studio Series is pretty much the only piece of TF media that isn’t G1-inspired), it’s nice to see figures like these.

If we can’t tell the difference between these and the SS figures, then no they’re not worth it, at least to me (even if they’re legitimately new). These are going to inevitably be $100+ per figure. I would much rather go for the figures that are going to be between $20 and $50.

Wow, regardless if this is some sort of KO of the Studio Series designs or original 3P designs, it's a good preview of what Mixmaster and Scavenger will be like as both independent robots and combiners. Mixmaster is not too bad, despite the very unique design with the cement mixer barrel on his arms. Scavenger impressed me with his wheels, as you can see that the two of them become the back of Devastator's vortex, so that is an interesting design. There is hope for the Studio Series Devastator then!

I mean we're already going to have the Constructicons as SS figures, so it would be better for a new 3p company to make figures that are NOT in SS. *cough* The dreads *cough*

Interested to see where this goes. Scavenger looks kind of off, which is unfortunate, since he's my favorite of the Constructicons, but I'll give them a pass until we see what SS offers.

With all the talk of Bayverse elitism and such, how big and in what state is the current Bayformer fanbase? I grew up with the movies but more or less grew out of them when I started accessing better Transformers fiction (Beast Wars, Bumblebee, IDW) and better similar movies (the MCU).

Interesting. So these are the same scale as Studio Series or nah?

    Oh so about Mixmaster
after a bit deeper looking at him, i just find him accurate, but they just need correct feets, give longer kneepads and position of chest
Scavanger, i wish the actual threads transform into wheels, but i apperacite they transfom into vertex grinder so this goes for +

I will never understand why people do that if it isn't constructive criticism at the very least.
