I'm not into G1 set but ShowZ's got Split listed as "In stock" Devil Saviour DS-01G Troublemaker Split Mixmaster G1 Version

Im kinda laughing as I posted pics of the boxes on the last page, They do exist, guess I was the only one who got em. I was wanting to wait until I got all of them to post a group shot. Scrapper showed up yesterday so I will post some pics when I get home. They look Great together, however they did not improve the plastic. Scavenger showed up with his top wheel broken off, and then overload tiny arms were fused in place from the paint. I used som shock oil and a heat gun to try and break the joint free. Worked on one side, the other side just snapped off. Hopefully Show Z gets some replacement parts out after the holiday.

 

Box does not equal figure! I am still in doubt as to whether or not they exist. Prove me wrong  

Also, that's super lame that the plastic sucks, even after reissues and a new version. I might sell this set off soon, if anyone's interested. I would only keep my red rampage and maybe the long haul.

The only reason I want them to hurry and release the G1 set is so we can get a red redeco of the pogo boy! Might have to bite on the yellow after all

 

Haha thanks! Yeah, Overall I'm glad I went through the trouble of painting mine, or else it would have been almost a year and a half of waiting already! Wild that they haven't done a red rampage yet. It makes so much more sense than a G1 set. Hell they could do repaints of half the team and still have them be relevant to the film.

And yeah, a red rampage would have made more sense than a g1 set. Im glad they did it though. The G1 legends was the first devastator I ever got and it makes it stand out a little next to my upgraded and customized studio series.

G1 deco ROTF Constructicons/Devastator. Am I the only one who prefers to get them instead of the regular colored ones?

 

My finger hurt so had, but FINALLY, he is in combined mode. This is the first time I have combined them and not as bad as I was expecting.

I much prefer the mix match of colors. A sea of green doesn't look distinguishing to me and they all kind of blend together like goop. Happy for those who like that and have the option now!

 

My suggestion, combine DS-05 Landslip (Right Arm) and DS-07 A Paranoider + DS-07 B Bomber (Left Arm & Hand) with the green/purple decos of the others. That way, you get G1 with a hint of G2.

 

Comparison of my Studio Series and Devil Savior. I like both color schemes alot. The green one unites them as a team, but the original really makes devastator feel like he is chaos incarnate.
