Hi all, I started this guy a while back and finally got him matte clearcoated.

The head is from Animated Bumblebee, chopped up a bit and the head cannon is from Booster X10(Real Gear from Movie 07). A bit of paint later and he's a nice homage(if I do say so myself) to G1 Bombshell.

Thanks, I'm not completely satisfied with the results, but he was a hurried project. By hurried, I mean I painted him quickly after finishing the modded head as I wasn't that into it past that point. I never bothered to finish his decals and apply them as he'll spend his time on my Animated 'Con shelf in bot mode.

But meh, he's done and off my project list.

 

I like it a lot the only thing is I wish there was more detail in the colors so it isn't big blocks of a solid color. Perhaps different shades of similar colors and whatnot, but great job!

You should do a combination of Animated Waspinator/Prowl for Kickback  

 

I'll be using a spare Samurai Prowl that's laying around. I actually had considered using Waspinator's wings, but the shoulder blades on S. Prowl should work fine.

I agree. A few lines here and there perhaps.

The finished head looks lovely.

 

I think you'd really drive this one home if you painted the windows yellow. that'd give his chest a more accurate look and also that last bit of detail the altmode is missing.  

Also- please attach all of the project images, not just one.

 

Great concept! Genius work on that head sculpt with Bumblebee's noggin as a base.
