Ive had this type of trouble, id say stay out of it and dont choose sides.
Do they do this often?

 

Honestly in some cases your intervention may cause more problems than solutions, I don't know your parents but in any case think rationally before choosing an action or inaction.

Sorry for not being particualry useful but without knowing the problem there's not much that comes to mind.
