I'm sure he is messing with you, apple is not one of the companies thathave a deal so far with the TF production.

I was starting to like the idea of soundwave being the Volt, now I'm sure he is either the blackbird or has a CGI alt mode like Megatron in the last movie, and that's the reason why we haven't seen any pics of it.

 

I thought the Blackbird was Jetfire? Any chances that Soundwave is gonna to be that bad-ass NEST Hummer we've been seein on the flatbed with Prime? Also, has anyone confirmed Landmine for the movie? Landmine is one of my favorite movie figures; and his vehicle mode appears in the first movie lots of times. I like to think when Sam dropped the cube one of the buggies was affected. However, unlike Dispensor I think Landmine would have stayed as a car to grasp the situation for a bit. Maybe seein his human passengers get attacked by the Decepticons forces him to transform and protect them. Idk - Im ranting.

Sounwave should be the NEST Hummer and brawl with Landmine!

No offense guys but i'm glad that Soundwave is not the Volt. is just that i think a character like him deserve something more.

 

I'm not believing anything till I see it. Remember what Bay said about a lot of misinformation was goign to be put out there. Of course that in itself could be misinformation.

 

Gosh you lot are paranoid. Misinformation is the sort of rumours you hear for every production: unsubstantiated rubbish like Bruce Campbell playing Mysterio in Spider-Man 3. Then of course, there are times Bay tries to cover real leaks like the callsheets leaked that revealed Arcee, the Twins, the names "Stinger", "Wheels" and "Tracks", and Jetfire the blackbird (though there is a good chance Jetfire may be a codename for Soundwave himself, but I doubt it for such a popular character).

 

Soundwave being a Volt or Ipod would have freaking sucked! Thank god the Volt rumor is squashed, just gotta get the Ipod rumor debunked also.

 

Some time ago, somebody said on the Michael Bay forums that Soundwave would be a comm satellite for part of the movie. That's a logical choice, IMHO.

Seriously I feel that'd be the best choice possible, I honestly wouldn't like the idea of them making a sound based military vehicle, just seems a bit silly lol. But if they used a satellite that thing already has some form of communication attachments plus they come in so many sizes so he wouldn't be too small compared to Prime or Starscream. And I can picture him keeping an eye on things all the way up in space then flying down when it was time to fight. Just my thoughts =\

 

A friend of mine that is working on the TF2 set says the 2 little cars, Volt and the Beat? combine together to make one bigger robot....

Take it with grain of salt, but he said that he has seen the combination of the two... He works for Kraft Food Services and worked on TF1 as well.

 

He saw something that will most likely be CGI?

 

I just hope that Soundwave's Alt mode will do him justice.

Thats cool. I prefer Soundwave to be a jet fighter though like in Galaxy force. i dont know why though but i really do want Soundwave to be a jet or the same vehicle in the animated series.

well... the volt could be like.. Skids or something.... a duocon? wow... so all this talk.. it's like there's gonna be TONS of combiners in this film... Arcee-three-bike... Devastator... Ice Cream Twins.... Volt - Beat guy.... yipes. well anyway it's fun to speculate, isn't it?
