Now that there are BMOG kits in the wild, I thought it would be nice to have a place to share alternate builds. New animals, larger robots, combo weapons, or whatever else you can think of. Only rule is it has to be made using BMOG parts.

If there is a more appropriate place in the boards for this thread, I will restart it there, but for now this seems like the best spot

First up is a simple pair of weapons

On Kup's right arm is a melee weapon designed to do do different kinds of damage depending on how you swing it, attached using Ursanal's head as a connection point. In his left hand is every gun from the set plus his own, using the scanner as a handle

Some fan-made custom builds from tumblr:

Swordshade on tumblr came up with "the mighty overcompensator canon, a Paraxoid superweapon so powerful it cannot even be photographed properly"

And Derrick J Wyatt made this thing:

He doesn't know what it is, just that it wants to murder everyone.

Swordshade is me! Mr. Wyatt's build is probably my favorite I've seen so far.

I took a few more pictures with the black Overcompensator to show how the different parts are used

then I decided to try a robot build, and came up with this upgraded Smackrabbit

I'd also like to say it's been really great to see so much creator-fan interaction. I already liked BMOG for the concept and affordability, but getting to see the whole design process and letting us vote on the colors and molds we'd like to see are the things that really pulled me in

I opened the BMOG Toys Kickstarter exclusive colorway last night (Solarbear and Sea-Labrys), and tried playing with him and a Micronauts Acroyear figure.

    Thus, Acro-Bear was born!

    Followed by Acro-Labyrs:

    The fast-wheeling Solar-Year:

Acroyear with solarjet-attack-pack and sunforge hammer!

The Solar-bot, the combined form of Solarbear and Sea-Labrys!

Fun fact. If you are missing a Scramble City limb, BMOG will do in a pinch.

I'm working on integrating Roadbuster's weapons into Ursenal.

Although Centurions toys use a peg and port system of it's own, it's not 5mm, but the circles on their chest and backs can be used to hold 5mm pegs anyways! Plus they can be made it fit into their hands.

I was just thinking, it probably wouldn't be too expensive to buy a spare junker set of the Centurions figures on ebay, and then drill out every hole on the toy to be 5mm instead of the original size! Then you would have a 5mm masterfigure to put all sorts of accessories on!

In my attempt to make a full humanoid made with only one sprue full of parts, I came up with "Lil' Choppbot". It uses every part on the sprue.

Tried the Chop-Bot configuration for the toxic yellow version of the BMOG set. Even decided to make a character of it.

    Name: Toxic Chop
    Configuration: Chop-bot
    Function: Enforcer
    Alliance: Paraxxoid
Motto: "I'm gonna give you such a chop!"

Toxic Chop, while a reasonably powerful Paraxxoid, is definitely NOT a leader. He is just smart enough to know how stupid he is, and prefers to follow whoever he sees as the smartest person who will allow him to hurt others. Always ready to chop an opponent in half to please his master, he sometimes forgets his master may want live prisoners. Toxic Chop's right arm is made of a barium claw, while his left arm is depleted uranium war pick. His legs fire toxic waste rockets. His eyes contain gamma burst pistols. Internal systems include a Geiger counter, plutonium rifles, trash compactor and a polonium pounder. He is immune at all acid effects.
