Classics BB is mostly yellow and black, the blue mainly coming from the translucent plastic and the two blocks of blue on the shoulders On Sidearm Sideswipe, the blue and yellow are much more prominent in each mode, plus the only alternate colors are limited to gray and black. The Allspark blue guns are still blue, and so only make the toy fit under your reasons for including him on the list. In comparison, you have Treadbolt on your list. While in alt. mode he is mostly blue and yellow, in robot mode that blue and yellow mostly disappear to around the chest and the rear wings. The rest of the robot mode is dominated by blacks, browns, gray, and the translucent oranges. With Sidearm Sideswipe, the blue and yellow remain present all over the body in both modes. He could be talking about this Classics BB: And RtS Classics BB uses a significantly lighter shade of blue. Since the OP seems to think Allspark blue guns, which are still blue, are reason for not including Sidearm Sideswipe on the list, does that mean the RtS Gold Bumblebee doesn't count because even though it has blue robot parts it's actually gold and not bright yellow?
Skybyte has a lot of blue and yellow. Not much yellow in shark mode, but it all reveals itself in robot mode. BW TM Airazor is mostly metallic yellow and blue.

The only yellow on that toy that I know of is the headlights, he's actually mostly blue and orange in alt. mode. I posted a pic of Classics BB that is probably what was on the OP's mind when he added it to the list. Essentially, the blue is limited to the translucent plastics for the windows/headlights and the two blue squares on the shoulders. This only applies to the WM Legacy 3-pack 'Bee and RtS Bee because they had blue translucent plastic, the original Classics BB has simple clear plastic instead.
Diaclone Trailbreaker came in blue and yellow. Diaclone Sideswipe comes in Yellow aka tigertrack Microchange mini cars has a blue Mazda Familia (its a variant of the Bumblebee/cliffjumper style)
